Paul has for many years had a variable set of associations both organisational and individual with whom he works. His last main organisational and almost-full-time relationship was with Penna Consulting plc, where for two years he was Director of Adaptive Research.

By and large, though, Paul likes to preserve his capacity to observe and act as independently a possible.

(as he sees it) her intensely powerful way of reaching into the limbic system for creating change.
